Signing in and your password

You sign in with the email address and the password you chose when you registered. They are the same ones you were already using: nothing changed for you.

If you forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forget Password? and enter your email address. You will receive a message with the steps to set a new one.

Changing your password

1. Open the app and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Security.
3. Choose Change Password.

Opening the app with your face or your fingerprint

On that same Security screen you can turn on Face ID, fingerprint or a PIN, so you do not have to type your password every time. This only unlocks the app on your own phone.
