How referrals reach you

When a family asks for help, our team matches them with providers who meet three conditions: they work in that area, they accept that insurance and they offer the service the family needs.

If you are one of them, the referral shows up in the Autism 911 Service Provider app, in Operation, on the Referred tab.

What is worth keeping up to date

• The areas you cover, by ZIP code.
• The insurance plans you accept.
• The services you provide.

If any of those is incomplete, you stop showing up in matches that should be yours. You can review them in Operation, on the Services tab.

You can also recommend the app to families with your own referral code, just as they do.
