How to delete your account — Autism 911 Service Provider

If you decide to delete your account, your Autism 911 Service Provider account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.

Important: your account and the information linked to it are kept for 15 days, in case the deletion was a mistake and you want it back.

If you do not ask for it to be restored within those 15 days, your account and your personal data are permanently deleted from the system and cannot be recovered.

We suggest you save anything you need to keep before you start.

How to request it from the app

1. Open the app and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Security.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. A notice will ask you to confirm. Once you confirm, your account is deactivated and the 15 days begin. You will receive an email with the details of the restore period.

Remember: during those 15 days the account can still be restored. After that, the deletion is permanent.
